He was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom on Septemthrough November 17, 2008. Army as an Infantryman on Jand was assigned with the 101st Airborne 327th Infantry 2nd battalion 1st Brigade Combat Team. Keenan attended Pendleton Heights High School and was an avid wrester for the Arabians. He was born to Carl and Penny Blair on May 26, 1985, at I.U.
